Bible Verse of the Day Tuesday July 28th 2020

Ephesians 2:10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

God is the reason and being for the talent of all the artisans that the World has ever known. We cannot do any good things for the Lord except He has done excellent work in us because we are God's handiwork. Through God's grace and our faith, we can become artisans for God, created in Christ Jesus to do Good works through God's power and for His glory. Our Salvation is in and through Christ Jesus, and no amount of human actions will ever be able to save us from the second death (Revelation 20:14; Revelation 21:8) 

Our Good works have nothing to do with our Salvation (Justification); however, it has everything to do with how we live out our Salvation (Sanctification) (John 15:8). All followers and believers in Christ Jesus need to comprehend and appreciate the proper order of how God works. We cannot gain anything in this worldly life from God through our works or deeds, no matter how good we think we are. Hell is the only thing we deserve; our Salvation comes only in and through the love, grace, and mercy of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. Nevertheless, the good works of God will produce good works in His children. All brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus must fathom the standing of works in the lives of Christians. Any good works or deeds in the believer's life are the results of God's grace poured out on our lives. Our Salvation creates a profound change in our actions and deeds, but it is in no way due to anything we might accomplish. 

The love of God is a converting and transmitting love, it does come to us right where we are at the time, but it moves us to where we are supposed to be. God's love certainly has the power to save our souls, but it also can transform our lives. Some mistakenly believe that God's love improves our old self into something new; however, it does more than that, it creates a new heart and a new person (Ezekiel 36:26) 

These good works that God created us to do are part of His predestined plan, and proof that one is living in the spirit and is one of God's Children. God has created us to be a beautiful part of his master plan to do great works for Him and His glory. Satan will try his absolute best to convince us that we are not useful to God or anyone else. He will sometimes use other people to carry out that evil scheme and plan. Do not ever let anyone convince you that you are not valuable and worthwhile, because God has said differently. We should always strive to live up to God's high judgment and view of us.
